Please get in touch with us if you're going through a tough time and feeling overwhelmed.
We understand that things like divorce, separation, bereavement, a hospital stay, losing your job or the cost-of-living crisis can make it difficult to manage your account. And we want to help you get back on track.
Together, we can plan how we can support you. Everything you tell our friendly advisors will be in complete confidence.
How we'll support you
✔ First, we’ll take the time to understand your circumstances.
✔ We’ll then provide tailored support.
This may include:
- Connecting you to our financial difficulties team.
- Contacting you about missed payments. In some circumstances we won’t charge late or missed payment fees or interest.
- Telling you about charities and organisations that can help you.
- Please bear in mind, you won’t be able to place any credit orders until your finances are back on track.
If you feel more comfortable with someone else speaking to us on your behalf, you can appoint an authorised, trusted friend or family member to help you manage and discuss your account.
For more information on how to authorise your trusted person, please see our Additional needs information.
