Outstanding balance
If you owe money on your account, you’ll need to pay this in full before we can close it. Please visit How do I make a payment on my account? for a list of ways to pay.
Outstanding transactions
If you’ve placed any orders that haven’t been delivered yet, or you need to return any items, these transactions need to be completed before your account can be closed. You can check for pending orders and returned items in your Account Transactions.
Delivery subscription
If you bought a delivery subscription within the last 14 days and haven’t placed any orders, we’ll give you a full refund. However, if you (or anyone authorised by you to use your account has) placed any orders during this 14 day period and incurred any delivery charges, the amount of your refund will be reduced or you may not receive any refund at all.
