You can see your payment due date on either your statement or your online account.
We send these to you every 28 days which means that your payment dates will change each month, but it will always be 21 days after your statement date. You can choose to either receive a paper statement or an e-statement through your online account. To make changes to how you receive your statements, log in to your online account or give us a call on 0345 071 9018.
Did you know you can sign up to Direct Debit and your payments will be taken by the due date automatically? Just log into your online account and select 'Setup Direct Debit'.
